Feel the warmth of the open fireplace in the middle of the restaurant, creating a cosy atmosphere. Part of the menu is prepared right by the fire. Kymppi combines the charm of a traditional Lappish wilderness hut with modern comfort and the rustic elegance of weathered log walls.

Start with a selection of starters served as platters for the guests to share at the tables. Enjoy house bread and spruce-tip flavoured butter, forest mushroom salad, local cheese and cloudberry jam, salted rainbow trout, local vendace, reindeer and lingonberries, and elk carpaccio.

For the main course, savour glow-fried rainbow trout, baked potatoes, yoghurt sauce, and roasted vegetables. Finish with a spruce-tip yoghurt pannacotta with blackcurrant jam, wild food petit fours, and coffee or tea.
