What you can expect

Learn to straighten up like a pro with the roll technique

This training lets you discover the art of the roll — an iconic manoeuvre of whitewater kayaking that allows you to return to the surface without leaving the kayak after a capsize. Inspired by ancestral knowledge from the North, this technique is now essential for anyone who wants to progress in the river with confidence and autonomy.

Under the watchful eye of your instructor, you'll be guided step by step in your first attempts. You can take this course on its own, but it's a perfect complement to Initiation 1. Together, these two blocks form a solid base for navigating with ease and safety.

We strongly recommend taking both levels on the same day to fully integrate the learning and put it into practice on the water.

Kids under 14 must be accompanied by an adult registered for the activity.
