This tour is intentionally exclusive: its content changes depending on the season, the progress of work in the vineyard and the cellar, and your specific interests. So, each meeting is different, shaped by the wine calendar and our interactions.

The heart of the experience is a rare comparative tasting of the Château Fleur de Lisse vintage during its ageing process. You'll taste the wine straight from one of the amphorae where it slowly matures, then from the tap of the oak cask, to understand how the containers influence the wine's expression and its future identity.

After this introductory immersion, it's time for a commented tasting of four wines, including Château Fleur de Lisse and Fontfleurie, our Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. The tasting is accompanied by a gourmet platter composed of a selection of cold cuts and refined cheeses (vegetarian option available on request), for a moment of sharing and conviviality.
