You will be taken inside Lombardy's main oil mill to learn about every stage of olive processing and the production of the highly prized Garda PDO oil. You will discover the history of olive cultivation along the shores of Lake Garda and visit the pressing room, the temperature-controlled oil storage room, and the packaging area. At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a guided tasting of our extra-virgin, PDO, and organic olive oils, paired with local products.
