What you can expect

Learn the fundamentals of fresh pasta in this hands-on 4-course cooking class in San Francisco. Guided by Chef Daniel, you’ll explore kitchen techniques that help turn simple ingredients into a full Italian meal, from a seasonal amuse-bouche to handmade stuffed pasta. This 3-hour experience includes a 4-course meal and is designed for anyone who wants to build confidence with fresh pasta from scratch.

Begin your 4-course meal with a seasonal chef’s choice amuse-bouche, followed by an Italian salad made with radicchio, tomatoes, avocados, olive oil, rice vinegar and almonds. Then, move into the heart of the class as you prepare homemade pasta dough and shape it into spinach and ricotta ravioli served with marinara sauce. Fresh pasta may sound intimidating, but this class makes it feel surprisingly doable.

To finish, enjoy a chef’s choice dessert prepared in advance by Chef Daniel. At the end of class, sit down to enjoy the full 4-course Italian meal you helped create. Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer, and most dietary restrictions can be accommodated if noted before the event.
