• Please note that the Banpo Rainbow Fountain is operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Its operation may be suspended on the day of your visit due to weather conditions, strong winds, or water discharge from the dam. If the Rainbow Fountain is not in operation, the tour will be replaced with a Seoul Night View Tour.

•Banpo Han River's only rainbow fountain show combines the background of the Han River to create a spectacular view and is the most popular programme used for events. It is recommended as a holiday course in Seoul for foreign tourists. A must-have experience as it is popular enough to be enjoyed by Korean citizens as well.
※ The venue is operating by the Hangang Industrial Department, so the operating may close depending on the situation.

• This is a representative yacht experience of Han River that departs at a fixed boarding time and feel the breeze of the Han River with music on a large luxury yacht. Depending on your boarding time, you can enjoy the day tour course, night view course, sunset course, and fountain course. It will be normally operating with Roshella yacht (the image above), and is substituted by the same type of yacht such as Princess, and Searay depending on the operating situations.

• Safety training & Wearing a life jacket(5mins)
→ Boarding the yacht(5mins)
→ Yacht tour(40mins)
→ Docking and Disembarking the yacht(5mins)
→ Returning the life jacket(5mins)

Notice

1. Ticket checking and boarding will take some time so please do not be late. Any passengers who are late to boarding will be considered as a cancellation on the day, therefore, cannot be refunded.
2. Please follow the safety instructions from the staff and avoid any behaviour that might cause trouble for other passengers.
3. The boarding status may change depending on weather conditions. If boarding is not possible due to weather conditions on the boarding date, we will change the schedule or give you a full refund.
4. Foods are allowed to be brought on board (Not alcohol) however, food with a strong scent that may disturb other passengers may be asked not to take in.
5. The public car park at Hangang Park is available, however, on the weekends or public holidays the car park will be busy so please consider taking public transport.
6. Simple drinks and snacks are sold in the customer waiting room.
7. Any reservation that is unavailable due to the company's circumstance, you will receive an email from the CS Team with a full refund.
8. Infants under 24 months are free to board, however, please note that infants must bring a document(e.g. Passport).
9. Available to reserve only 1 pax but the cruise will be operating as normal as the minimum pax are at least 2.
