Create your own mother-of-pearl inlay artwork from start to finish in this hands-on experience inspired by traditional Chinese lacquer craftsmanship.

Begin with a short introduction to this refined technique, where natural shell is carefully inlaid into a surface to create shimmering patterns. Then choose your preferred design and composition.

With step-by-step guidance, you will place and arrange delicate pieces of mother-of-pearl, gradually building your artwork with attention to detail — no experience needed.

Enjoy the calm and focused process as light reflects gently from each piece, bringing your design to life. This is not just a craft activity, but a quiet and immersive moment to experience a traditional art form through creation.

At the end of the experience, your finished artwork will be carefully prepared and ready to take home as a unique decorative piece and lasting memory.
