Start your Tai Chi journey in the serene surroundings of a beautiful park in Shanghai. The session begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare your body and mind for the practice. Our experienced instructor will then perform a demonstration of Tai Chi movements, showcasing the graceful and fluid techniques.
Next, you will receive detailed explanations of the movements, emphasising the balance between soft and hard elements, breath control, and inner strength cultivation. You’ll practice these movements with the instructor correcting your posture to ensure you are performing each technique correctly.
Following this, we will engage in power training exercises designed to build your internal strength. A demonstration of defensive applications will show you how Tai Chi can be used for self-defense. You'll also experience the Tai Chi form, a sequence of movements performed in a continuous, flowing manner.
To conclude the session, we will practice Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation) and Qigong exercises to enhance your energy flow and internal power.
