This is a shared experience for two guests who will jointly make 1 x 70cl bottle of gin or vodka. Discover the vibrant history of one of the most sought-after spirits of today and unleash your creativity by crafting your own. Dive into the world of over 60 botanicals at the school, where you can select and blend them to develop your distinctive recipe. Witness your artisan creation take shape as it distils, and then wax seal and label your 70cl bottle to take home on the very same day. Nelson's Gin & Vodka School is a 5-hour experience, starting at 10:00 am and concluding at 3:00 pm. A light lunch and a variety of hot and cold refreshments will be provided during the day. Participants will have the opportunity to taste three of Nelson's award-winning gins, as well as their own creations, as they distil throughout the day. Given the tastings involved, we strongly advise arranging transport to and from the distillery, as guests will exceed the legal alcohol limit. If needed, vehicles can be parked at the distillery overnight and retrieved the following morning.
