  • Begin your adventure with a pickup from Sigiriya, Dambulla, or Habarana and travel to the legendary Sigiriya Rock Fortress.

    Climb the ancient rock fortress built by King Kashyapa in the 5th century. Explore the impressive water gardens, frescoes, Mirror Wall, Lion's Gate, and the ruins of the royal palace at the summit. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding forests, lakes, and countryside.

    After your rock hike, relax and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (optional). In the afternoon, continue to Minneriya National Park for an exciting 4x4 jeep safari.

    Search for large herds of wild Asian elephants, especially during the famous gathering season. Your experienced safari guide will also help you spot deer, monkeys, crocodiles, peacocks, eagles, and many other species in their natural habitat.
