How To Use
- Once you received the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot in advance before visiting our parks from the Website Mandai Wildlife Reserve
- Upon confirmation of date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.
- Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from above selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability

River Wonders:

Amazon River Quest Boat Ride:
- Please note that Amazon River Quest will be closed from 11 Sep – 28 Sep 2023 for annual maintenance.
- Last ride is at 6:00pm.
- For safety reasons, guests must be at least 1.06m to ride. Children between 1.06m and 1.35m must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Guest must be able to transfer onto the boat unaided.
- Please also note that the boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes and minor bumping. As a result, guests with the following conditions shall not ride.
- Expectant mothers
- Motion sickness or dizziness
- Heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure
- Back and/or neck disorder
- Impaired physical health
- Persons in wheelchair
