What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- SIM card registration is mandatory and SIM card activation must be done within 7 days of collection, otherwise your SIM card will be invalid.
- The person registering the SIM card at the pick-up point must be at least 15 years old.
- Original physical passport must be presented for non-Singaporean / NRIC for Singapore citizen during redemption.
- Effective from 1 April 2014, each customer can only register up to 3 Prepaid SIM cards.
- SIM card registration is compulsory and activation of SIM card must be done within 7 days from collection, otherwise your SIM card will be invalid.
- Order submission is final and there is strictly no refund, exchange or cancellation once payment is successful.
