We begin in the meeting point of Portela de Sintra.
In the Tour we go by car to The Sanctuary of Santa Eufémia, one of the 5 main Sources of Sintra.
Then we walk about 1,5 km passing by one passage of the Holly Water where we stop to drink; here we do some relaxing and breathing exercises to become more light and awareness of the Sacred Energy of the Alchemic Mountain.
Continue walking we arrive to a little Lake, that we call a Balsa” of the natural Water, where you can dip your feet, and numerous small fish, such as tadpoles, come to bite your old skin, like we have Spa's in our days, it was used in the past to cure diseases such as scabies.
Then we return making about 3 km go and back.
By car we are going to do a Sightseeing by the Patrimony of Sintra, connecting with the history.
We pass by Palácio da Villa, and Historic Centre, Chalet Biester, Moorish Castle, and Pena Palace.
Here we stop in the mountain where we can appreciate de magnificent view of the vulcanic origin of Serra de Sintra and an amazing view of Pena Palace and talk about it's Natural and Cultural origins.
After we go down and we do a stop in the Historic Centre to meet the ancient moorish Village and taste de traditional cakes, Queijada e Travesseiro.
We continue our Tour passing by Quinta da Regaleira, the mystic and initiatory Palace build as a scénographie of the Templar formation of Portugal.
Then we follow by the ancient road of Monserrate were we see Seteais Palace and then we stop to appreciate the beautiful architecture and gardens of Palace and Parque of Monserrate, that I suggest to visit.
We continue in direction of the Sanctuary of Peninha another of the Sacred sources of water, a very Mystical place, with an amazing view to the Ocean and Cabo da Roca, signalized by different civilisations, where we stop to experience the Presence of the Ancient Pre-historic Megaliths - this option depends of the weather and legal limitations due to risks of fire or storms. When not possible we go to Cabo da Roca the western point of Europe.
Finally we return Sintra by the coast stoping in Praia das Maçãs e Azenhas do Mar.
After all this amazing experiences we will deserve a good relaxing lunchtime.
