    • Please note that Cathedral entry is not available on Sundays.
    • Individuals wearing sleeveless shirts and shorts above knees are not allowed inside the cathedral.
    • Backpacks of any size or dimension, and any bag designed to be worn on the back, are not allowed.
    • This tour includes portions that are outside and could be in the full sun. Please bring a hat, small umbrella, or sun cream if you are sensitive to the sun.
    • Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
    • It is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
    • Tips/service charge (for your guide) are always appreciated.
    • The baptistery is currently undergoing restoration of the vault's mosaics.
    • Giotto’s Bell Tower has no lift available.
    • Both the Duomo Museum and the Florence Baptistery are scheduled to be visited; however, depending on timing and availability, the tour may include only one of the two sites.
    • You may be refused entry if you fail to comply with the cathedral’s dress requirements.
    • The Cathedral is an active place of worship and may be closed to visitors at any time for liturgical services or religious ceremonies, sometimes without prior notice.
    • Each traveller must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Accademia Gallery.
    • Please provide the full names of all travellers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travellers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
