Las Grietas is a volcanic rock formation located 3 km from Puerto Ayora, Academy Bay, Santa Cruz Island. Interesting fissures formed by lava that form two giant walls pierced by a stretch of brackish water filtered from the top where it mixes with seawater. Highly recommended for swimming and snorkelling, the transparency of its water.

a nice beach for relaxing , we will have the opportunity to see pelicans and other seabirds as well as the chance to do the snorkelling , paddle board or kayak. be aware that all depens how high is the tide. with hige tide better chance to do all the marine activities.
