You will be welcomed into the Gini underground cellar, carved into volcanic rock in Monteforte d'Alpone (VR): an evocative setting that is perfect for learning the storey of a family business and visiting the spaces where the wines take shape.
The star of the tour is Garganega, the iconic grape variety of these hills. During your visit, you will discover how the terroir, the decisions made in the vineyard, and the work carried out in the cellar influence the style and identity of the wines, before moving on to the part you've been waiting for: a guided tasting that highlights the different nuances of Soave.
You will taste a selection of 5 wines, including a comparison of three interpretations of Soave Classico, to understand the differences between crus, old vines, and production methods. The tasting includes:
