What you can expect

While there are many opportunities for guests to enjoy Japanese cuisine, making traditional dishes like soba or udon noodles is a unique experience. During this experience, you can learn the authentic taste of soba noodles and fresh vegetable tempura cuisine. At the same time, tempura ingredients such as carrots, sweet potatoes, and shiitake mushrooms are produced from local vegetable fields. These ingredients, which don't include meat or fish, provide a wonderful taste for guests, especially vegetarians. Why don’t you try making soba noodles and enjoy the flavours of the countryside?

Activity itinerary

Activity 1. Meeting Point: Meet at the ticket gate of Hadano Station on the Odakyu Railway at 11:00 AM. From there, we will take a bus to the Shinonome Soba restaurant, which is about a 15-minute ride. And walking 15 minutes from a Bus stop to the destination. 2. Shinonome Soba Experience: Enjoy soba-making experience for 1 hour. Everyone will be able to communicate easily while making soba noodles. 3. Soba Noodle Feast: Eating the soba noodles you made yourself and prepared tempura cuisine for 30 minutes. Enjoy the taste of authentic soba noodles. 4. Return Journey: Take a 15-minute bus ride and a 15-minute walk back to Hadano Station. The tour ends in front of the Hadano Station ticket gate at 2:00 PM.
