Skip the 40-guest party boats leaving from Split's crowded Matejuška waterfront and join a genuine small-group experience departing from the peaceful fishing village of Kaštel Stari. With a maximum of just 11 guests, this is the intimate alternative to the mass-market Blue Lagoon tours.

Your local Dalmatian skipper — born and raised along the Kaštela coast — meets you at the Kaštel Stari dock. After a friendly welcome and safety briefing, we set off on a comfortable 8-meter speedboat towards our first stop.

STOP 1 — UNESCO TROGIR (1 hour)
We dock just steps from the medieval core of Trogir, a 2,300-year-old island city protected by UNESCO. Unlike day-tour groups that rush through, you have a full hour to wander the narrow cobblestone alleys, admire the Romanesque Cathedral of St. Lawrence (13th century), grab a local gelato on People's Square, and feel the rhythm of Dalmatian life. Your skipper will point out the best photo spots and local cafés away from the tourist trail.

STOP 2 — BLUE LAGOON SNORKELING (1 hour)
Next we cruise to Krknjaši Bay — the famous Blue Lagoon between Drvenik Veli and Drvenik Mali. The shallow sandy seafloor creates a tropical palette of turquoise and emerald. Because we start from Kaštela (not Split), we usually arrive before the big crowds from larger tour operators. High-quality snorkelling gear is provided so you can explore schools of damselfish, sea urchins, and occasional octopus hiding in the seagrass.

STOP 3 — ČIOVO ISLAND BAYS (1 hour)
For the grand finale, your skipper offers a choice based on the group's mood: Labadusa Bay for a beach lunch at a seaside Mediterranean restaurant, or Borko Bay for cocktails and chill-out music at the legendary Beach Bar Borko. Prefer something quieter? We can anchor in a hidden rocky cove that larger tour boats can't reach.

Free pickup from Trogir or Split is available on request. Onboard you'll find a refreshment coolbox (bring your own drinks or buy a bottle of local wine from our onboard selection), Bluetooth sound system, and shaded seating.
