We offer a Stand Up Paddle experience in Barra da Tijuca, one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas in Rio de Janeiro for this activity. With calm waters and stunning scenery, it's the perfect setting for both beginners and experienced paddlers. During the experience, you’ll paddle at a relaxed pace, enjoying the natural surroundings and connecting with the ocean and the carioca lifestyle. WHAT WILL WE DO? We’ll meet at a designated point in Barra da Tijuca. After a brief introduction with the guide, you’ll learn the basics of SUP and receive all necessary equipment. Then: • We enter the water and start paddling • We explore calm and safe areas • We take time to relax and enjoy nature • Time for photos and videos during the experience This is a light, safe activity—perfect for slowing down and enjoying Rio in a different way.
