Enjoy an authentic Sardinian culinary experience immersed in the tranquility of the countryside of northern Sardinia.
The experience takes place at the Su Arghentu Country Hotel and starts at 11:00 AM. During this experience, we will prepare some of the most traditional dishes of Sardinian cuisine together, including fresh ravioli, typical handmade pasta and the famous seadas, following recipes handed down through local family tradition.
The experience will be practical and engaging: you will learn the traditional preparation techniques, the typical ingredients, and interesting facts about Sardinian gastronomic culture. No previous cooking experience is required: the class is designed for both beginners and fans of Italian and traditional cuisine.
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to experience an authentic moment in touch with true Sardinian hospitality, away from mass tourism and immersed in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
At the end of the workshop, everything that has been prepared will be cooked and enjoyed together, accompanied by local wine and typical Sardinian products.
