Treat yourself to a day of indulgence and discovery in the scenic Sunshine Coast Hinterland. This relaxed and delicious experience showcases the best of the region’s wine, craft beer, local produce, and breathtaking landscapes—perfect for foodies, wine lovers, and curious travellers alike.

We begin by winding our way up into the stunning Blackall Range, where your first stop is a boutique winery nestled in the hills. Enjoy a guided tasting of their handcrafted wines, perfectly paired with a platter of locally made cheeses, all while soaking in the panoramic views of the hinterland.

Our next visit is to a charming local cheese shop, where you can browse and purchase a selection of artisan cheeses—the same delicious varieties you sampled earlier at the winery—alongside a range of other regional delicacies and gourmet products.

From there, we make our way to a beautiful hinterland restaurant that celebrates farm-to-fork dining. This venue is also home to a small craft brewery, so you can enjoy a tasting paddle of freshly brewed beers, or opt for a wine, cider, or soft drink to accompany your seasonal two-course lunch, made with locally sourced ingredients.

To round out the day, we visit a boutique distillery where you’ll be treated to an interactive tasting of award-winning spirits—think aromatic gins, smooth vodkas, flavourful liqueurs, and a touch of local character in every pour.

As the day winds down, we return to the coast with full bellies, new favourites, and a deeper appreciation for the region’s incredible flavours.
