What you can expect

Begin your private expedition with a morning pickup from Surabaya. Head straight to the Pronojiwo region, home to East Java's most majestic waterfalls. First, explore Tumpak Sewu, the “Thousand Waterfalls,” marvelling at its scale from the panoramic viewpoint and trekking down to the canyon floor.

Next, visit the nearby Kapas Biru Waterfall. Hidden at the foot of towering red cliffs, this waterfall offers a breathtaking “Blue Cotton” appearance with its powerful, misty flow. It’s a more serene and raw experience compared to Tumpak Sewu. After capturing these natural wonders, drive to the Bromo area for check-in and a well-earned rest.

At 3:00 AM, board a 4x4 Jeep for a thrilling ride to the viewpoint to witness the world-famous Bromo sunrise. Afterwards, cross the dramatic “Sea of Sand” and hike to the rim of the active Bromo crater to hear the earth’s roar. Return to the hotel for breakfast and check out.

Then, embark on a comfortable journey via the Trans-Java Toll Road towards Yogyakarta. The tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel or preferred location in Yogyakarta in the evening.
