“Surviving” is a recent term that refers to the ability to survive.
This activity can be carried out in any outdoor environment. Typical surviving centers are adventure camps, which are built specifically for practising this sport. At these camps, you can see eco-dynamic courses made up of horizontal rope sections, such as the classic Tibetan bridge, the Tyrolean traverse, and the Thai bridge.
Survival training helps participants develop a positive mindset for dealing with emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Gaining self-confidence, developing a sense of belonging to a group and fostering cooperation, improving motor coordination and concentration, enhancing adaptability, learning techniques that may prove useful at the right moment in life, understanding and respecting nature, solving problems in a practical way, and discovering one's own abilities and limitations
