Teresa was born and raised in Syracuse and is a passionate and creative teacher with over 7 years of experience as a host of gastronomic experiences and has always cooked the recipes of her family's tradition. The atmosphere at Teresa’s house will be welcoming and familiar, you will learn to prepare three typical Sicilian dishes in season, using only local ingredients.It will be a meal cooked as you do to prepare a family meal, you work together.
During the lesson you also learn practical techniques for kneading, rolling out and shaping fresh local pasta.The lesson is also informative about local products.

Join Teresa at 8:45 for a sensory walk in the Ortigia Point of Sale (additional extra cost to pay €50 per person).
