After a short warm-up and stretching session, move into the water for practical coaching. Let your instructor guide you step by step, helping you build confidence and learn how to stand up and catch waves.

End your session with supervised free-surf time so you can practice what you learned. All equipment is included, and the group size is kept small with a maximum ratio of one instructor to five students.
