In this cooking experience, you are going to cook some of the most popular tapas around Spain. Tortilla, chorizo with apple cider sauce, prawns in olive oil and garlic and more!
In this tapas class we are going to make a tour around Spain with tapas. We are going to taste tapas from Barcelona, Andalucía, Madrid, País Vasco and Galicia.
With Chef Laura, who has studied cooking at Le Cordon Bleu in London and has also worked in Michelin-star restaurants and was trained by a Valencian chef who specialises in paellas, Laura will teach you how to make Spanish food like a Spanish person. During the class, the chef will give her clients advice on where to buy good products and places in Malaga that they should visit, as well as gastronomic places of interest.
They are fun, enjoyable, and 100% participatory classes.
If you have any allergies or intolerance, we will try to adapt the dishes so that you can also enjoy the experience without restrictions.
A minimum of 4 people is required to carry on with the class.
