Immerse yourself in an ancient experience in the heart of the Mayan rainforest: a Temazcal guided by a shaman who will lead you on a journey of purification, connection and renewal. It begins with a ceremony at the four cardinal points and the lighting of the “fire eagle,” during which red-hot volcanic stones—known as “abuelitas”—are placed in the centre of the temazcal. Combined with sacred herbs, songs, and prayers, the steam cleanses the body, calms the mind, and creates a space for deep introspection.

During the ritual, you will experience the four doors of the temazcal, each with a different purpose of healing and connection. You will receive essence water, a salt scrub, and an ancestral tea to revitalise your body. At the end, you will enjoy fresh fruit and choose a quartz crystal as a memento of this transformation.
