The experience of a first dive is exciting from start to finish. It begins with a warm welcome from our team of expert instructors, who will give you a detailed introduction to your diving gear and basic safety techniques. You'll feel comfortable and ready to immerse yourself in the fascinating underwater world.
Once kitted out, you'll head to the water with your instructor. On the surface, you'll receive final instructions on how to use your gear and communicate underwater.
The sensation of floating and breathing underwater for the first time is truly magical. As you descend, you'll find yourself surrounded by a variety of colourful and fascinating marine life. From tropical fish to turtles and different types of stingrays, every moment underwater is an opportunity to discover something new and exciting.
Your instructor will remain by your side at all times, guiding you through this incredible adventure and making sure you feel safe and comfortable at all times. You'll experience the sensation of flying as you glide smoothly through the water, exploring every corner of Tenerife's seabed.
After exploring for about 30 to 45 minutes, you'll begin your ascent to the surface, taking with you unforgettable souvenirs of your first-time scuba diving experience.
