Our cooking school is located outside of town, where we have a quiet and peaceful ambiance. We hope you would enjoy and relax at our place. Everyone will learn about the ingredient from both local markets and our private garden. Visiting the local market is an essential part of our cooking class. We will explain to you about different types of rice, seasonings, curry pastes, and how to make fresh coconut milk. Not all products might be easily available in your country, so we explain what substitutes you might use. After that everyone will get the recipe cookbook with colour photos and explain everything with some ingredients to replace also. You will learn how to cook by preparing the dishes yourself, so be prepared to cut, chop and fry. Practical experience is the best way to learn the art of Thai cuisine and therefore everyone will have their own workstation to work with their own ingredients and prepare their individual dishes.
