Activity itinerary

We will meet in the city center, and then we will go to the tasting room where the sommelier will already wait for us to start the wine tasting. The tasting will start and we will be given an explanation of the aromatic and taste properties that wines possess, we will talk about the soil and climate in Guanajuato and why it is optimal for wine production. Finally we will pair the wine with local cheeses and enjoy the flavors of San Miguel de Allende.
