We will travel from La Serena or Copiapó to the Atacama Andes, crossing the heart of the driest desert in the world to discover one of the most breathtaking landscapes and scenic routes on the planet. We will reach, contemplate, and hike at the foot of the world's highest volcano, which, along with its beautiful lagoons, glaciers, salt flats, rivers, and majestic surrounding mountains filled with colourful formations and exotic species of flora and fauna, including camelids and condors, creates an unforgettable experience for travellers. We depart from La Serena, passing by the fabulous domes of astronomical observatories, until we reach Copiapó and ascend to Nevado Tres Cruces National Park. There, we will explore the great diversity of mountains and volcanoes over 6,000 metres above sea level, and their magical tributaries. Each with its own unique orography and natural and ancestral history, these features have created surreal environments and landscapes, making this one of the most beautiful and exciting routes in Chile and the world.
