What you can expect

Discover Australian wine through a guided wine tasting at Hungerford Hill. Sample 9 wines, showcasing some of the Hunter’s youngest and oldest vineyards, grape varietals new and old.

Hungerford Hill has been making wines for almost 60 years. It is a history of more than a vineyard. It has been a journey to showcase the best wines that can be made in Australia. In the past 15 years, Hungerford Hill has acquired several historic vineyards, including Dalwood Estate. This vineyard has been growing grapes for almost 200 years.

The history of vines and varietals grown in The Hunter Valley is unlike most Australian regions and is truly exceptional. The region has a varied selection of soil types across a narrow altitude. This creates multiple sub-regions to grow grapes in that offer different flavours and terroir.

Enjoy a guided tasting with three flights of wine presented to compare. Sample unique styles of wine and award-winning wines.
