  • Audio guide languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hebrew, Russian, Greek, Turkish, Bulgarian, Serbian, Romanian and Polish
  • Operates with double-decker buses, with a capacity from 70 - 82 passengers. The double-decker buses are wheelchair and baby buggies accessible and have ramps to access the bus if needed. Inside the buses there's space for wheelchair/ baby buggy storage as well
  • Tours operate in all weather, rain or shine. Due to traffic issues, public holidays, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, there might be sudden changes in the route or in the schedule. Traffic congestion and road closures may cause delays and changes to the route
  • Mobile and paper vouchers are both accepted. Guests with vouchers may board the buses at any bus stop but they are reminded to exchange their voucher for their tour ticket with the City Sightseeing staff at the departure/ arrival point Lefkos Pyrgos - White Tower
  • Pets are allowed only in pet carry bags or in pet sling carriers
