What you can expect

  • ★This tour is conducted entirely in English and does not include Japanese-language guidance.

Visit three must-see spots in Tokyo on this afternoon tour aboard a clean, state-of-the-art hybrid bus. Discover the Imperial Palace Outer Grounds, explore Asakusa Kannon Temple (Sensō-ji), and enjoy panoramic city views from Tokyo Tower with a friendly, nationally licensed English-speaking guide. Beyond sightseeing, your guide will share fascinating stories about Japan and the Japanese people.

Head to the meeting point to board the hybrid bus and meet your guide.

After getting off at the Imperial Palace Outer Grounds, view the statue of Masashige Kusunoki and walk around the Nijubashi Bridge area.

※Please note that the Imperial Palace visit is limited to viewing the exterior only. Entry to the inner grounds is not included.

Next, continue to Asakusa Kannon Temple, also known as Sensō-ji, the oldest temple in Tokyo. Listen to your guide’s commentary about the temple’s historic architecture and craftsmanship, then enjoy free time to explore independently.

Part of the complex is Nakamise, a traditional 200-meter-long shopping street. Shop for souvenirs and try local snacks and meals at your own expense.

Afterwards, visit Tokyo Tower’s Main Deck, one of the symbols of Japan’s capital. Admire scenic city views from 150 metres above the ground and, weather permitting, catch a glimpse of Mount Fuji. Depending on the season and tour schedule, you may also enjoy a romantic and beautiful sunset over Tokyo from the tower.

The tour concludes at Tokyo Station’s Marunouchi South Exit.(Original Point)
