Your unforgettable adventure begins right at the harbour. Your guide will be waiting for you there at the meeting point, and your excursion will start as soon as you get off the ship. Then we set off and start with a boat ride through the legendary Tortuguero canals (approx. 1 hour). Surrounded by lush vegetation, you will glide through the “Amazon of Costa Rica” and discover the rich wildlife – with a bit of luck, you will see caimans, colourful birds, monkeys, iguanas, and even crocodiles. The excursion then takes you to the picturesque Playa Bonita, the most beautiful beach in all of Limon. Here you will have time to put your feet in the sand, enjoy the waves, and relax for about 20 minutes.

With renewed energy, continue on to Maratopia, a unique tropical jungle garden in the heart of the Caribbean. Be enchanted by the colourful variety of plants, butterflies such as the large blue morpho, and the peacefully slumbering sloths in the trees. With his typically Costa Rican cheerful manner, Oscar ensures your well-being and invites you to a tasting of exotic tropical fruits, most of which are homegrown – a feast for the senses! Finally, you can browse through the lovingly run souvenir shop, which offers local products from the region.
