The trip between Tortuguero and Moín (port in Limón) is one of the most scenic routes in Costa Rica, crossing canals surrounded by tropical rainforest. It's a popular choice for those coming to or going to the Southern Caribbean (Puerto Viejo or Cahuita).
The transfer starts at 7:00 a.m. You'll take a boat for 3 hours and see a beautiful landscape in the river channels, where you'll often spot many animals such as alligators, monkeys, butterflies, herons, crocodiles, iguanas, and much more.
