What you can expect

Experience the warmth of Albanian hospitality at a traditional eatery named after the famous Albanian phrase, “Bukë Kripë e Zemër,” which translates to “Bread, Salt, and Heart.” This phrase embodies the spirit of hospitality and the warm welcome extended to guests.

Savour a variety of traditional dishes, including Tave Kosi, filled peppers, filled aubergines, beef steak, oriental soup, chicken soup, Tave Dheu, Fergese, Musaka, Turli, different salads, homemade pie (Burek), and homemade pie with corn flour and spinach (Pispili).

The chef has been cooking since 1984, serving government military air troops, military terrain troops, admirals, and more. In 2014, he opened his own restaurant, continuing to cook for groups of up to 200 guests at a time.
