Overview

We are 100% Oaxacan, we will take you to:

Meet and enjoy without rush!

We leave Oaxaca directly to the town of Roaguia, there:

  • We visit the petrified waterfalls of Hierve el Agua, where we have 3 hours of free time, to be able to hike, take advantage of the inns (natural pools) to cool down and enjoy the landscape being among the mountains.

After the water boils we go to a distillery and:

  • We enjoy the tasting of the traditional alcoholic drink of Oaxaca “El Mezcal”, we go to a factory, also known as expenditure or palenque.

At the end of the tasting we returned to Oaxaca City.

Bitao Mezcal Artesanal

We visit a mezcal factory and expedition where we will make a tour with local staff to discuss the process that takes to produce this traditional Oaxacan alcoholic drink, then we will be given a tasting of some mezcals and creams of mezcal.
