Our cooking classes are designed for groups of 4 to 22 participants, making them perfect for families, friends, or corporate team building. You are advised to book at least 24/48 hours in advance to guarantee a place on this unforgettable experience. During the lesson, you will have the opportunity to prepare two typical Calabrian dishes that will delight your palate: a starter of potato pie with 'nduja and fondue, followed by a first course of fresh pasta, which can be Fileja, gnocchi, or tagliatelle, always with the prized original 'nduja from Spilinga. Our expert chefs will guide you step by step, sharing with you not only culinary techniques, but also stories and interesting facts about each dish.
But the experience doesn't end there! At the end of the class, you can enjoy the lunch you prepared together with the other participants, accompanied by a buffet of typical Calabrian products. You will be able to savour a selection of locally made cheeses, cold cuts, legume salads, and tomatoes, all in a convivial and friendly atmosphere.
