Your adventure begins on the elegant Avenue Habib Bourguiba, often called the Champs-Élysées of Tunis. We'll meet in front of the Municipal Theatre, then stroll past the beautiful Cathedral of Saint Vincent de Paul, a symbol of the city’s colonial past. From there, we’ll pass through Bab El Bhar (the “Sea Gate”) and step back in time as we enter the ancient Medina of Tunis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. As we wander through its maze-like alleyways, you’ll discover vibrant souks, the historic Zitouna Mosque, and atmospheric mausoleums and medrasas tucked away in quiet corners. We’ll pause for a break in a traditional café to enjoy a Tunisian coffee or mint tea, soaking in the sounds and scents of the Medina.
