We’ll cook warm dishes like Menemen with eggs, tomatoes, and peppers, eggs with sucuk, and a rich muhlama from the Black Sea region. Alongside these, the table will fill with local cheeses, olives, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, honey with kaymak, and fresh bread or simit. This isn’t a formal class. It’s an easy, hands-on morning spent cooking, talking, and sharing stories about food, family, and daily life in Antalya. I’ll show you how I prepare breakfast at home, share small tips passed down through generations, and answer any questions as we go. When everything is ready, we’ll sit down together and enjoy the breakfast we made. We’ll sip tea, take our time, and let the morning unfold naturally. This experience is about starting the day slowly, around a real table, feeling less like a visitor and more like part of the family.
