  • This is not a fixed-menu cooking class. It begins with the ingredients that Kaş has to offer that day: a visit to the Friday Market or a local supermarket, choosing fresh produce together, and turning it into seasonal Turkish meze at Leman’s Deli.

    Hosted by a neighbourhood deli known for its daily homemade mezze, the experience is relaxed, hands-on and personal. You will learn the small details that make simple Turkish dishes so memorable.

    The menu is largely vegan and vegetarian, celebrates seasonal produce, and ends with everyone sharing the mezze they have prepared around the table.

Activity itinerary

Depending on the day, we will visit either Kaş Friday Market or a local supermarket to select fresh, seasonal ingredients together. We will spend around 30 minutes shopping and getting organised, followed by 1 to 1.5 hours of hands-on cooking at Leman’s Deli. Together, we will prepare a selection of traditional Turkish meze dishes from our seasonal menu, then sit down to taste and enjoy everything we have made. The menu changes according to the ingredients available that day. Most dishes are vegan or vegetarian, with plenty of fresh vegetables, herbs, legumes, olive oil and local flavours. Pickup and drop-off can also be arranged from nearby villages around Kaş.
