What you can expect

Begin with a soothing stretch on the beach before embarking on a paddle through the river, soaking in the serene scenery.

Guide explains all necessary details on handling the Paddleboard and will be attentive with you throughout the entire experience!

Ultimately choose how much time you want to spend paddling and how much practising yoga. Some groups have certain guests do yoga while the others paddle nearby. It is customisable to your interests.

It's all about embracing the beauty of Tybee Island while finding balance and appreciating the nature settings. Birds fly over head and if you're really luck we may even see dolphins. Times are subject to change depending on tides. We offer morning and evening paddles but that is subject to tides which change each day.
