The tour begins with pickup in our minibus, accompanied by a professional driver and expert local guide, before heading to Tierra del Fuego National Park.
If you choose the End of the World Train, you'll travel along the historic railway once used by Ushuaia's prisoners, reliving an important chapter of the region's history. Once inside the national park, you'll discover the stunning landscapes of this spectacular 63,000-hectare protected area, home to the iconic Fuegian forests.
If you prefer a more active experience, you can choose an alternative to the train: a short, easy hike along Sendero Turba. Suitable for all ages, this scenic trail allows you to make the most of your time in the park instead of waiting at the train station for the rest of the group.
After the train ride or the hike, the tour continues with the park's main highlights:
Your first stop is Lapataia Bay, where Route 3 officially comes to an end. Here you'll find the famous End of the World sign, marking the southern end of the Pan-American Highway and providing one of Ushuaia's most iconic photo opportunities.
Next, you'll visit Lake Roca, where you can admire the peaceful beauty of a classic Patagonian landscape.
The journey continues to the Alakush Visitor Centre, where you'll learn more about the history, wildlife, and natural environment of Tierra del Fuego National Park.
Finally, you'll visit Ensenada Zaratiegui, home to Argentina's southernmost post office. Please note that the building is now a historic landmark and is no longer operational. During the summer, you'll have time to take photos and enjoy the scenery. In winter, access to this stop may be restricted, as the road is closed for safety reasons.
The tour ends in the heart of Ushuaia's city centre, leaving you free to spend the rest of the day exploring the shops, cafés, and restaurants along San Martín Avenue!
