Departing from the harbour of Valras-Plage, embark on a half-day at sea combining sailing, exploring the coastline, and snorkelling around the most beautiful spots of Cap d'Agde. An accessible experience, ideal for a unique time in a small group, in a friendly and safe atmosphere.
After the welcome at the harbour, the instructor provides you with the complete equipment (wetsuit, fins, mask, snorkel) and gives a briefing on safety, the itinerary of the outing, and the marine environment. You then take to the sea for about 30 to 40 minutes of sailing along the Mediterranean coast.
Your first stop is the famous Fort Brescou, an iconic fortress off Cap d'Agde. There, you will have approximately 1 hour to explore the seabed on a guided snorkel hike or simply relax in the crystal-clear water. This activity is suitable for both beginners and experienced swimmers: the goal is to discover the underwater fauna and features at your own pace, with the guidance of a professional.
Depending on the weather conditions, the state of the sea, and the time spent at the first location, a second stop may be offered at the Deux Frères rocks. This natural site, when accessible, offers a more untouched and preserved setting, perfect for observing the volcanic formations and enjoying a swim in the open sea.
The return trip to Valras‑Plage takes about 35 to 40 minutes of sailing. On board, there is a debriefing session where you can share your impressions before the equipment is put away and completely disinfected. Depending on conditions, it is sometimes possible to spot dolphins during the trip.
