What you can expect

The start of this tour is at the church of San Geremia with the preserved relics of Saint Lucia. From there, you'll head off on a motor boat to cross the northern part of the Venice Lagoon and see the famous Cemetery Island of San Michele.

Then it's time to see the place that Dante Alighieri mentions in the Inferno… the Venetian Arsenal! Here he was inspired by the idea of boiling pitch, which tortures the damned. Here you will find the famous inscriptions of Dante's Divine Comedy. While sailing on the Lagoon of Venice, you'll of course also see San Marco and see the Sospiri Bridge, and the famous Venetian prisons – lots of adventures await you! The tour even includes a visit to the crypt of the nearby church of San Zaccaria.

You will discover in more detail the Basilica of San Marco, the golden church, and visit the famous four horses. This is famous place, where Enrico Dandolo called the Venetians for the Fourth Crusad. Through a short walk you will reach the Rialto area, where you can touch the palace of Doge Dandolo, who died and was buried in Constantinople in 1205.
