Songhees Park Plaza is rich in Indigenous history, and as we begin, your guide will offer a brief land acknowledgement, honouring the Songhees Nation and their ancestral connection to the land and waters we’ll be walking through. Take a moment to absorb the peaceful energy of the area as you prepare for a day of immersive exploration through the heart of Victoria.
Victoria (Pass by)
We begin our journey on the Trans Canada Trail with breathtaking views of Victoria’s Inner Harbour. After a brief introduction to the history of the Trans Canada Trail, we’ll begin with a grounding breathwork session, followed by a moment to reflect on what you hope to gain from the day. This will set a purposeful tone for the journey ahead.
