What you can expect

Guided tour through the structure, passing by the vineyards, the cellar and
from the barricaia, telling the storey of Doc Bolgheri and how the
Di Vaira family becomes part of it. Talking about the various processes and
of the processes that lead from the vineyard to our bottles.
Afterwards the tasting will be held in our air-conditioned room
view vineyards with three different wine labels, all of our production:

• “Notti di Luna” Bolgheri Doc white
• “Notti di Luna” Bolgheri Doc Rosè
• “Notti di Luna” Bolgheri Doc Red
• “Bolgherese” Bolgheri Superiore Red

In combination with Tuscan bread and our extra virgin olive oil and water.
