Please note that some exhibits use intense lighting effects, flashing illuminations, and audiovisual stimuli, which may not be suitable for people with epilepsy or light sensitivity. Certain attractions also emit loud or unusual sounds that may be uncomfortable for visitors sensitive to noise and strong auditory stimuli. If needed, the staff will gladly help indicate quieter exhibition zones.

The venue includes an lift for visitors with disabilities and bathrooms (men’s, women’s, family/parent with child, and accessible bathrooms). The museum also offers a cloakroom with lockable lockers and a gift shop with souvenirs and toys.
