During this experience, you’ll meet at the Azienda Agricola Viola wine shop “Conversare” in Mezzocorona, with a beautiful view of Mount Mezzocorona and its suspended Skywalk. You’ll begin with a relaxed guided tasting of two glasses of wine: one from our aged reserve selection and one tasting glass of 5+5 Rosso. While tasting, you’ll learn about the winery’s unique approach to mountain winemaking and the characteristics of each wine. The experience includes local food pairings such as speck, Trentino salumi, and Trentingrana cheese, giving you a full taste of the region. You’ll also have the chance to visit the historic cellar beneath the shop, once used as an icehouse, and browse a selection of our exclusive, limited-edition wines available for purchase.
